Teen girl missing in Anantnag, police seeks help

SRINAGAR

The Jammu and Kashmir Police, Monday, sought public help to trace teen girl missing in Kehribal area of Mattan in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

An official said the girl’s mother, Zakera Bibi, wife of Mohammad Ashraf Khan, originally a resident of Reasi, at present, Kehribal, Mattan, lodged a report stating that her Reenaz Jan (18), is missing since May 12 (Saturday).

Giving details, the official said girl is about 5’4 tall with a wheat-ish complexion and was last seen wearing a black headscarf.

“In this regard, a missing report was lodged in Police Station Mattan and investigation to trace the missing girl has been started,” he said.

“Anybody having any information regarding the missing girl may kindly inform Police Station Mattan on 9596777623, PCR Anantnag on 9596777669, 01932222870 or PCR Kashmir on 100.”
